1. How much does delivery cost?

We offer free tracked delivery on all orders. No minimum spend required!

2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery takes 5–15 business days, including 1–3 business days for processing. Most items arrive sooner, but larger pieces may take longer due to special packaging and handling.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. You will be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can then track your order using the "Track Order" page, located at the bottom of our website.

4. Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to the UK. However, we're working on shipping worldwide, so watch this space!

7. Do you offer a guarantee? What is your returns policy?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return to us. Please reach out to hello@hausofyume.com to initiate the returns process. Please note - as we are a small, independent business, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
